Food was phenomenal! We got the crispy pork belly, noodles, wagyu tartare, and a cabbage salad. And every bite was incredible. Now I’m on mission to try more Filipino dishes. Service was excellent, they really went beyond to make us feel comfortable. Saturday night - the crowd was diverse, families, date nights, and even some people dining alone at the family style table. Music was a little loud but it could have been where we were seated. I’ll recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver. Oh and the cocktails were also top-notch.

The space was beautiful - well designed. and conducive for good conversation over delicious Filipino food. Happy to see elevated Pinoy cuisine joining in the Denver restaurant scene. That said, I wish that the portions are slightly bigger for some of the price points (e.g. Kinilaw and Kare Kare). That said, amazing tastes and textures throughout the meal - and a good representation of what the Philippine islands have to offer.

We received a very warm welcome by the hostess and were seated immediately even tho the restaurant was bustling. Server arrived and explained the dishes to us in a comprehensive manner. Her recommendation of 4-5 plates to share was on point. We had the bread and an order of octopus to start. Then the cucumber salad, the oxtail main course and crab fat noodles with a soft shell crab. All the dishes were unique and had a slightly sweet flavor mixed in with the savory. Most of the portions are not huge but large enough for our party of 2 to enjoy 3 or 4 bites each. The exception was the oxtail, which was a bit larger. Wouldn't recommend this dish for a date. You really need to dig in to each bony piece and grab what little meat you can from a soupy, messy (but quite yummy!) dish.

Beautiful restaurant, above average food with a few unbelievably exceptional bites, the broth in the mussel and turnip dish was next level (I’ll be back once a month for that alone), pigs head dish with soft poached egg and Birds Eye chili peppers was also exceptional! I wish them the best!

We were excited to try out this Filipino Restaurant because Denver lacks a lot of Cultural and Diverse restaurants besides if you want Mexican. The restaurant inside and outside is beautiful. There is little to no parking though. Very limited and I hate that about Denver. Walking in the restaurant felt upscale. The vibe was kinda bougie walking in. Which is fine. I like those types of vibes. The Food- I would suggest keeping many things on the menu as it was great to see an elevated Filipino dish. I’m also open to Filipino dishes with a contemporary type of twist. However…. You should also put in some traditional food in there. Maybe like a classic area of the menu. Here add classic - chicken adobo, palabok, pancit, bangus…. they don’t even have halo halo for dessert. The menu now caters to a specific crowd and to me it doesn’t cater to the huge Filipino Family with kids that wants to have a great meal that is not overpriced. There were lots of overpriced menu items. But the one I’m dissatisfied and disappointed about is the fact that we ordered a featured item which was pancit and then we added on chicken wings to it. The pancit was a big portion and we shared it with three. The chicken wings were yummy but it only came with 5. We even ordered skewers (eggplant and scallops) which were mini pieces. We also ordered a side of garlic rice (which was yummy). However we had leftover rice and pancit and we just asked if we could have another order of fried chicken to finish off our rice and pancit and the waitress said NO. Apparently in order to order chicken wings you have to order pancit again. That was the when I definitely realized that this place was too greedy and overpriced. I love the ambition and the concept of the restaurant. I would come back now for a Pandesal (the dips are yummy) and some cocktails.

I’m so thrilled there’s a Filipino fine dining restaurant in Denver, I love that I can have delicious food that reminds me of my childhood, but in a beautiful place with fancy drinks and touches that make it all the more special. The bread was out of this world, I loved the pancit, and they were the best lumpia I’ve had since my grandfather passed. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been to Filipino restaurants in Oahu and Chicago. The chef's first ingredient used at Magna was salt. Otherwise the flavors were good. The adobo fried rice had little meat. Drinks were tasty, but the glass was 80% ice, for $17, I expected more than 3 sips. The staff get a guaranteed tip and it shows, they spent their time either talking to each other, or trying to clear dishes before we were finished. Three chicken thighs were nicely grilled with just a few pickled carrots and onions for $37. Rice is extra. Crab fat noodles was a gooey mess that I could not taste any crab. Hopefully they improve with time and hopefully the oversalted food isn't to sell more watered down $17 drinks.
