Primera vez asistiendo a Madre Café en la Roma y también la última. La experiencia fue un desastre absoluto. El servicio en el salón es inexistente, lento y desorganizado. La limpieza es deficiente y la atención al cliente es inútil. Solo después de expresar nuestra disconformidad, nos prestaron algo de atención, pero ya era demasiado tarde, nos entregaron la comida de otra mesa y nos cambiaron a los meseros tres veces. En comparación con otros lugares como Madre Café en Bosques de Duraznos, el de la Roma es un fracaso total. No vale la pena gastar tu dinero en un lugar que no se preocupa por sus clientes.

El lugar bastante bonito, agradable, la temática de navidad hace que el espacio sea especial, sin embargo, la comida nada fuera de lo normal, pedí la hamburguesa madre, es vegana y falta condimento, el portobelo muy pequeño, pedimos los tacos de Rib eye y bastante quemada la carne, los tragos bien. Y el servicio para sé que te están haciendo un favor.
