   The food was outstanding. A great addition to our Hilton Head restaurant scene. Our waitress was great. Just two negative comments. There were only two servers in the restaurant. And, most tables were filled. No way a restaurant this nice should have only two servers. Also, wine prices were too high. This restaurant has been open about a year... And management should fix these things.

   The food was excellent and very fresh. However, they really need more serving staff. Our server was great but he had so many tables that it was an hour from the time we sat down until the time we had our appetizer. Would suggest looking at staffing but the food was very good.

   First visit to Madre. What a transformation from its past life-light and airy with attractive decor. The service was excellent-I rushed and considerate. All meals came as ordered. Our food was also quite tasty with good serving size. They have a wide assortment of options and plenty for the vegetarian to choose from. Surprisingly delicious coffee! Set near Fresh Market in an outside shopping, lots of accessible parking. Will certainly return for lunch or dinner.

   We heard about Madre & Mercado while lunching at Jane's in Shelter Cove. It's one of their new restaurants so we gave it a go. Great interior, nice booth seating, great service and really good food. Give it a try!

   Despite a early reservation and being 1 of a few tables I found our service to be a bit slow.. the food was tasty but the beef pieces for the fajitas were too big and were way overcooked and tough. Drinks were good.

   Oh my goodness, everything was truly magnificent! Drinks were so good Food was amazing Service was top it h. Madre is a true hidden gem! We will definitely be back!

   Outstanding dining experience! Kudos to the chef. This is our new favorite on Hilton Head Island for inspired Latin cuisine. Everyone loved their meal. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. Not to be missed!

   Very nice interior design. Staff was attentive. Food arrived in a timely fashion. Definitely get the homemade guacamole and chips. We had the steak tacos. Food was fresh and tortillas delicious.

    Beautiful restaurant Josie our waitress was very attentive and answered a lot of questions about the menu . I loved the guacamole it was delicious ! Rest of our food was kind of bland and shrimp wasn’t good. I would say try it yourselves I’m a fussy eater and Love great food especially when we’re all paying a lot of $$$$$$
