Our menu is curated to complement seasonal flavors through fresh, locally sourced ingredients from local farmers, partners and purveyors.     I recently dined at Madam, and it was a complete disappointment. The food had absolutely no flavor—no seasoning, no depth, just bland and uninspired dishes. To make matters worse, the prices were outrageously high for what was served. The worst part? My chicken was raw in the middle. That’s not just bad cooking—that’s dangerous. With so many great restaurants to choose from, I won’t be giving Madam a second chance.

    My husband and I were excited to enjoy the prix fixe menu offered by Madam. The portions were generous and delicious. The cocktail offerings were great. Regretfully, the food service took over two hours. There were very long pauses in between the courses. The restaurant was not busy so the delay was not easily explainable. Our server stayed in communication with us and the timing from the kitchen seemed out of her control.

    The new sushi menu is exceptional. Make sure to save room for dessert! Loved the cocktails. Many thanks to chef for the personalized accommodations for our dietary restrictions.

    We celebrated my birthday here on Saturday night. We had nine people, two meals incorrect and had to be re-done, mine was cold but I didn't bother to send it back. Service was very slow, although pleasant. We were sat at a bar rail-type high top table right next to the back end of the bar. The bathrooms are in the lobby (expected) neither were clean and were lacking supplies. For what we paid the experience was unsatisfactory at best. We will not be back.

    Service started strong but then fell of a cliff as time went on. Definitely not busy, lots of empty tables. Food and drinks were amazing. Valet parking at the hotel or garage parking around the corner.
