This menu will sample a new interpretation of classical Spanish cuisine, influenced by the whimsical style of MAD gastronomy. Early seating features a live guitarist and singer. The menu is structured to offer an authentic representation of the robust flavors of Spain, featuring highlights such as jamon iberico, steamed mussels, lobster, branzino and filet mignon, with dietary substitutions available for each course.
