I had a 9:30 reservation we got sat at 10:20. They made us sit in the bar because they didn’t have any tables in the dining room available even though they sat 3 other reservations who came in after us. Our cocktails were given to us at 10:50, 30 minutes after we sat and already had our appetizers. The management was not helpful at all.

Food was amazing from start to finish! It has a beautiful decor. Sadly, I had a hard time enjoying it because it was extremely loud…definitely a packed club vibe. Maybe lunch or dinner during the week would be better. Again, the food was worth it.

Tassos is one of the best servers I have had. I made sure to tell the manager Isaac about my great experience and he was very appreciative. You won’t be disappointed. It’s family style so come to share.

I was so excited to come back to Lyra! This was my second time and my first experience (10+ person group) was a great one. This one was disappointing. The food and drinks were very good, and the atmosphere was electric. However, we had to wait 30+ minutes to be seated for our reservation (we arrived on time and the host said our table was being cleaned upon arrival…), and the bar was so packed that we couldn’t get a drink. Instead of offering to get us drinks while we waited 30+ minutes (we asked), the hosts informed us we would get a dessert instead…I worked in service for a time, and we absolutely would have tried to make our guests comfortable during any inconvenience. Once we sat down, our food came quickly. Our server was nice. However, toward the end, we sat without drinks for a long time and ended up deciding to go elsewhere for more cocktails. Dessert was sent, but nobody checked on us. Although these were several more minor things, they certainly added up and ultimately made us feel like the experience was subpar, especially for how long we waited and the money we were prepared to spend. I had high hopes!

I absolutely loved Lyra! Our food was amazing and the decor / ambience were perfect for a Friday night in the city in December. I also appreciated getting to try the wine before buying the bottle. Can’t wait to go back sometime.

We were blown away with how amazing all the food was! Great quality, tasty and kept us wanting more of everything. The service was excellent and we can definitely say we’d come back again!
