   We celebrated New Year’s Eve dinner at Lungarno 23 and had a wonderful experience. We appreciated that they didn’t have a set menu, allowing each of us to choose exactly what we wanted. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially for those of us who don’t speak Italian. The restaurant’s location across the river added to the charm, making for a lovely walk to and from our hotel. My only minor gripe was that it seemed to attract a lot of American tourists, but that didn’t detract from the overall experience.
