   I’m sad I waited so long to check this place out. It was amazing from beginning to end. Our waitress Sherese was unbelievable. She was able to guide us, was so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. We really enjoyed her and will ask for her in the future. Kenny the manager was awesome as well. Place is well run and the food is incredible. Focaccia bread, lemon spaghetti, Bisteca and cheesecake all highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back and try other items. Well done Giada!

   The waitresses need more training. They were interrupting our conversations several times. Food was ok, I can’t say great really, I’m kind of disappointed. The restaurant was so loud and they charged for hotel convenience fee $15.00, plus the tip of course. Not coming back

   Great food and service! Wish they could figure out a way to cut the decible level. Very clever way to park your with hotel…$12 plus tip?

   Good was meh, lacked bold flavors that I would have expected. Pasta was cooked well, but again, lacked flavor. Fortunately sat in the back room and wasn’t too loud, but walked thru the front dining areas which were painfully loud.

   Portions are small for the price. Chicken Piccata is fried piece of chicken with sauce. It was underwhelming. I had risotto with scallops, tasted amazing but small portion of risotto with 2 scallops for $42. It was good but I wouldn't go again.

   Waitress, Kendall, was amazing! Her suggestions were spot on! We had the focaccia for an appetizer that the 4 of us split. Branzino for our main course and they actually split it in the kitchen for my husband and me to share. It was presented beautifully!!! Same goes for the lemon spaghetti!!! Our only disappointment was the over the top prices for the drinks. Otherwise…excellent all around!

    One of my favourite restaurants in Las Vegas. The restaurant inside Caesars Republic is absolutely beautiful. The menu has wonderful items and we are excited to experience. Unfortunately, every item we ordered fell short of our expectations. Everything could’ve been excellent but was missing something. I’m very glad we tried this, but I don’t think I would go back to this location.
