   I am so happy the staff member Lauren went above and beyond. She gave us an anniversary surprise . It was totally unexpected and made our evening. Also my husband and I are a big fan of Tom yum soup. And I come to lulu wild especially for sweet and sour chicken. Both these items weren’t in the menu but Lauren arranged it for us . She is absolutely a wonderful staff member.

   Nice presentation, good service Seczwan Chicken very rubbery in texture Salt & Chillie Chicken very tough & dry Duck Bao Buns tasteless 12,5% service charge a bit steep !

   Had a lovely evening great friendly staff. Personally I would have liked the food hotter. Maybe by warming the plates more or by food warmers on the table but it would not stop me going again.

   We ate here to celebrate our anniversary, it’s an average restaurant with average food. Nothing stood out for me to make me want to return! Especially the dirty glasses, with bits floating in my daughter’s water, when I complained about this to the waitress she took it away, brought a clean glass and asked if I wanted another bottle of water (at a cost), I had to argue how the glass had dirt in it before she poured the water for her to get me another small bottle of water, just shows the restaurant value money over actual service. There was visible dust particles on the lights above our table! The restaurants lights are dimmed possibly to hide the dust and dirt. I ordered the Salt and Chilli Wok Fried Chicken, it was average, the chilli skins did not help the dish at all and made it inedible, dry hard chilli skins that you cannot chew. I hope after reading this review the restaurant can put more effort into the food & service instead of just trying to make money off their drinks.

   Booked a table for a chill evening for my Wife's Birthday. We had a nice little selection of vegan sides/appetisers and a couple of drinks. Although the music was maybe a little loud for the chill/relaxed evening we initially expected, the general vibe and ambience was very upbeat and positive. They even surprised us with a free Birthday desert as a treat for my wife, was very appreciative of this little surprise. We had a lovely meal and a great night!

   The Dim Sum was quite nice, however the main was listed as spicy and was as mild as a Korma. When we arrived spent 5 minutes looking for someone to tell us where to sit, had a reservation but the table wasn't ready and there was no staff available to greet incoming customers. On of our cocktails arrived with someone elses lipstick on the glass (this was replaced, although it seemed to take an age) We then had to work hard to catch the eye of someone to bring water for the table half way through the meal as it wasn't offered some sides for mains came out when the mains were almost finished and then had a 12.5% service charge automatically added to the bill. I am always happy to leave a tip but it should feel like you've had the bare minimum of good service to be able to charge that, and that was not the case here. Lovely music and ambience though, on another day it might be quite nice, but not sure I'd go back to find out
