Lucky Robot is the first sushi restaurant in Texas to partner with the James Beard Foundation and Monterrey Bay Aquarium sustainability programs. We are committed to healthy oceans.

Our kitchen is lead by two time Ora King Finalist Jay Huang. Our food is Modern Nikkei cuisine, a balance of Japanese cuisine accentuated with the fragrant chilies and aromatic spices of Latin America.

Prime dry-aged fish is here. A tradition started over 200 years ago in Tokyo and now the first in Texas. Prime Dry Aged Fish will allow you to taste the fish in its purest form. Breaking down tissues and sugars allows new flavors and textures that bring the fish to its cleanest, most tender form. Age = Flavor.

    No wonder they won a James Beard award, the food is outstanding! Fresh ingredients, creative menu and the staff is attentive yet gives you your space. They went above and beyond. Look forward to going back and having the brussels sprouts, dumplings and sushi. They also have vegan items. Fun for a date night or getting a group together.

    Took at least 15 minutes to have water brought to the table AFTER the front made us wait for our reservation. Placed a sushi order that didn’t show up until an hour later which the server also forgot to enter

    We tried the Tokyo Brunch on Sunday & loved it! Highly recommend the Chirashi Bot which had a variety of fish & veggies over rice, plus a poached egg to break over the leftover rice. And we enjoyed the banana dessert, too. A nice mixture of glazed bananas with 2 other flavors & textures thrown in. The servings are large at brunch making this meal a great value, too. It's quiet when they first open at 11 am if that's important to you!

    Really good food. Great service. I suggest ordering two rolls and the steak friend rice, best value, is very filling.

    Loved the food. The Wagyu fried rice was the best, most flavorful out of everything we tried. I would suggest it as a must try item on the menu. Menu has quite a few option options for sushi, maki cuts but they only have 2 ramen options. While the ramen was good, it’s not many options to choose from if you are looking for Ramen specifically.

    We snuck in last minute on a Friday for happy hour and loved the whole experience. Friendly service, great vibe, delicious food - they even let us slip outside to finish our sake in the sunshine
