   This was a great experience. The menu had exciting choices; we thought that the value was there. The service was great, which is exactly what you should expect for the price.

   Unfortunately this was not the best dining experience for myself. The menu is definitely set up as fine dining however the ambiance is not that of fine dining rather more bistro with a very large bar tile flooring and benches around the restaurant for seating. I would say if you want fine dining this was not a comparable experience to Canoe, Don Alfonso, Auberge, or Enigma. There was a tasting menu which I did not try. I had the Table d’Hôte which is a set price menu with options for appetizers main and dessert. This menu was set at $140. Now I have to say it is a total joke because at least half of the options were for an additional price. Ex - the pigeon is an additional $30 and so is the lobster. That is 2/4 main courses you can choose from. As well they were out of the duck so this narrowed your choices even further. The wine list: it’s great to see some special bottles on a wine list for those special occasions where you want to splurge. But having what felt like the majority of the wines priced $1000 plus was quite disapointing. It’s a Tuesday night and I had dinner with a family member I did not need a $5000 or $7000 bottle of wine! The service: it was nice in the beginning but definitely faded out towards the end of the night. We had to flag the server over to get the bill which is always feels a bit awkward in a fine dining restaurant. Also a bit of a weird note but everyone asks you how your day was which is nice once but after the fourth person asked us it was like you could tell everyone was trained to ask the same thing. The best part is when our server asked and we responded “great how was yours” he paused thought for a while hummed and hawed and went oh well it was okay :( like alright? Sorry you’re having a bad day? Also the chef stands outside of the kitchen with his arms crossed staring at everyone uncomfortably with a very serious face as if he’s running security outside of Paris Texas…

   One of the guests was vegan and they went out of their way to accommodate and her meal was delicious.

   Food is totally not worth it. We had the 140 menu with Wellington beef and none of them tasted worth 140. Service was good. But food definitely not worth it

   My second time at Lucie was even better than the first and I didn't think that was possible. Every aspect of it is a great experience and the attention to detail is unparalleled. It is a wow experience.

   This was probably one of my best dining experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so kind and friendly. The creativity of the staff is unbelievable, everything from the food to the amazing wine and cocktails (the martini is a show stopper) Sebastien and Juliie treated me like family, and it was such a wonderful experience. I hope to go back in the near future.
