   Arrived to be told that I hadn't confirmed my reservation so had to sit at the bar instead of a table. I showed the staff my reservation confirmation email from OpenTable. The email had no option to confirm again. The staff said they called and texted me but they didn't. I had no missed calls or texts. Maybe they called and texted the wrong number or maybe they were lying. No apology. Starters were very nice but overpriced. Mains were ok but overpriced. Service was poor throughout, maybe due to the bad start. Restaurant was overcrowded and deafeningly loud. When I made the reservation I specified that it was a date - ruined!

   I recently had dinner at Lucia Restaurant, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff making sure everything was just right. The only downside was that the restaurant can get quite loud, making it a bit difficult to have a conversation, especially during peak hours. If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere with fantastic food, it’s definitely worth a visit, just be prepared for some background noise.

   Very pleasantly surprised. Drove in from Oakville for Winterlicious. Will definitely return.

   This restaurant was OK at most. The ambiance was the best part of experience. Waitress was not very knowledgeable of food . Pasta was bland and pasty . Steak was rubbery. Disappointed that our $120 bottle of Barolo came out to the table cold . Needed to request for a Decanter. Unfortunately tasted like cooking vinegar. Waitress was informed that wine was OFF tasting , no solution was given and she decided to ignore our existence for the rest of the night until the bill came to the table. Very Disappointed. Will not return .

   This used to be one of my favourite places to go, but this time it was just mediocre. Food has gone downhill, and service was below expectations. Not sure what has changed but I was very disappointed. Not likely to return

    It’s always a great time to dine at Lucia. Each time the food is delicious, the menu is thoughtful, the service is kind, and you feel that they genuinely appreciate each guest that walks through their doors!
