Luce patrons can park in the Truist Tower parking deck. Entrances are located on 5th and 6th streets in between College & Tryon. We offer two hours free parking validation M-F before 5pm, after 5pm; on weekends parking is free with Luce validation.

You can use the LYNX Light Rail Blue Line and get off on the CTC/Arena station and walk towards 5th street. Walk west on 5th, one block, to the Truist Tower located on the corner of 5th and College. Luce in located on the Tryon level of the Truist Tower in the courtyard.

We went to Luce for an anniversary celebration. While we have no particular complaints, it was not a memorable experience. The food and the service were just ok. We did make a reservation and noted that we were celebrating. They did give us a nice Happy Anniversary card but not even the server was told - or asked - if we were celebrating any occasion.

Luce used to be one of our favorites. We were disappointed this past time though. Ambiance is still incredible and the wait staff is always fabulous and attentive but the food was lackluster this time. We all three got Carbonara. We were so excited but it was a huge disappointment. It used to have so much more flavor. It was just a typical creamy pasta with ham in it this time. The mussels were very yummy. Not a 10, but definitely a strong 8. I know food costs are out the roof these days so maybe kitchens are having to cut costs but it just didn’t seem to be the quality it used to be.

We were visiting Charlotte and took a chance on this restaurant based on the online menu. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. We felt like we were in Italy. The carpaccio, bruschetta, meatballs, lamb and pasta were authentic and delicious. The service was impeccable. We will definitely return to the restaurant when we are back in town.

We had a concert to go to after dinner...The Service was excellent, not rushed, but they made sure we had time to meet our schedule...and the meal...absolutely delicious!

Had a very nice dinner at Luce after we finally figured out how to get in. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was gorgeous. I had the Ravioli Caprese and my husband had the Rigatoni. The food reminded me of meals I had in Italy. We shared one of the best creme brûlée I’ve ever had. Will definitely recommend Luce.
