The server and staff were very nice. The pizza we had didn’t have any flavor. There was no seasoning in the sauce sausage or tomatoes.

The staff was friendly. We were greeted at the door, and our waitress was exceptional and very patient, considering we had a party of eight. The food was delicious, especially the Lou Malnati salad. The bathroom was clean, and the ambiance was lovely, with music you could nod your head to.

First time visiting Lou Malnati’s. The place was very very busy…thank goodness we made a reservation to be seated right away. Our server was amazing! Very attentive to our drink refill needs considering all the tables were filled in our area. We tried the mozzarella sticks, boneless wings and garlic bread appetizers. They were all really good The deep dish pizza was good…I prefer a sweeter sauce and this was more like a tomato marinara type. Probably wouldn’t order the deep dish again because too much crust. My daughters had the spaghetti with meatballs and cheese ravioli…they liked it. Overall we had a good experience here

Reservation is recommended - we had a party of 8 and got right in - many others waiting for 45 minutes to an hour. Service was attentive and outstanding! Omar was great! Drinks, appetizers, and pizza came out in good time and was fresh and delicious. Definitely will visit this spot again when we are in Chicago - close to the Chicago Hilton within walking distance.

Having reservations is definitely needed after a Bears game. We were seated and served immediately. The server was excellent. The pizza was great.
