   We came 9:30pm they said was the last call, waitress was rushing us to give the order because the chef was about the leave. Food I guess because it was the last call was terrible. We order drinks and we were looking for our waitress to order more but she wansnt around. Never again come back

   Whenever I’m on a bus trip going to Resorts World I always go to your restaurant. The food is excellent and I’ve tried several restaurants there and lotus is the best..

   First off the food is excellent. We were seated - our drinks and appetizers came within 15 minutes of being seated. However it took another 45 minutes for our main dishes to come. In that time several tables around us were seated, and they had their food served before us. It wasn't until we said something that we were addressed. It was at that point the apologies came - we weren't looking for apologies - we wanted our food. They apologized telling us the kitchen was backed up and our food would be right out. Needless to say - when it did come out - it was barely warm. Our server was clearly overwhelmed and forgot it. The food would definitely make me think twice about going back, as it was very good - however the service was definitely lacking. I would say try Lotus when they aren't so busy. They did compensate us by removing our drinks.

   Reservations for 8PM Friday night dinner, sat 30 minutes early. Friendly hosts. Healthy, fresh portions. Wife and I shared a wonton soup and shrimp appetizer (delicious and fresh), shared one Mogolian Beef (spicy) and baby bok choi (fresh) side for entree. Light but filling, tasty without too much sauce. Sprite and attentive server.

   A previously good restaurant becomes lame. Greatly reduced menu. Poor service(always an issue here but now even worse). No longer recommended.

    Everything was very good the food and drinks were wonderful but when we received out bill we did not notice that the tip was included in the total bill because it was dark in the dining room and no one from the establishment said anything and normally it says for groups of 6 and over and we were only 5 so I didn’t even double check (my fault totally) but it would have been nice if the server said something and it was my 70th birthday celebration so he received a very nice birthday present also
