   Had the best experience at Lost Palm for my birthday! The food, drinks, and service were all just phenomenal. Such a fun place!

   We made a reservation on the patio. The patio was flooded so it was closed for the day which is fine, but I got like six calls total telling me that my reservation was unable to be completed or accommodated to. And then I talked to at least six different people asking if I can get on the waitlist and they were like yeah but you could wait like two hours. The table wasn’t ready for four hours. The one time I did eat here the queso was room temperature. I was looking forward to giving it another chance but this was disappointing. Safe to say I went somewhere else to eat. They also didn’t offer to accommodate at all or do anything since we were the ones inconvenienced and I was the one who had to speak to multiple employees multiple different times since they didn’t communicate that they already called me.

   The ambiance and food were great, but the restaurant needs to do a better job of honoring reservation times. I had a 9:15 PM reservation for a group of 12, yet we were asked to wait at the bar or at the lobby bar because the group at our table hadn’t left yet, even though they were just chatting and not ordering anything else. After 15 minutes, I followed up with the hostess, who said she could only seat half of our party at a table, but we still needed to wait for my whole party to be seated. Eventually, I noticed another group finishing up at a different section, so I asked the hostess if tables could be combined. Only then were we fully seated, about 25 to 30 minutes past our reservation time. For the size of our group and the amount we spent, I would've expected better communication and accommodation. As an event planner, I understand that things don’t always go as planned, and I’m usually very adaptable. But in this case, the situation could have been handled with more consideration, either by clearing the reserved table on time by asking the other group to continue mingling at the bar, or offering a small courtesy (like a discount) for the significant delay.

   Our lovely servers Jada and Paola were amazing and so sweet! Reese was also very nice at the front as a hostess helping us reserve a table. Love this place!

   Service was outstanding, thank you Abeer. Food was delicious…the peanut sauce with the empanadas was top shelf. Drinks, legit. The spot gives full White Lotus vibes. Watch out for the dragon in the bathroom…overhead a hilarious tale of intrigue and confusion about the sink. 4.5 stars, would do again.
