Located on Park City’s Lower Main Street, LOMA is a casual, upscale eatery influenced by Italian techniques and cuisine. Housemade pastas, seasonal specialities and wood-fired pizzas and mains are menu standouts. The cuisine leans into freshness, simplicity and quality ingredients through seasonally relevant Italian and Mediterranean dishes.

LOMA is Adam and Meisha Ross’ second restaurant venture joining Twisted Fern under the couple’s ownership and direction. Both restaurants prioritize sustainability through a commitment to local purveyors and conscientious business practices.

Missed Opportunity! Great food terrible atmosphere. The culinary quality is overshadowed by the terrible lighting, cheap tables and chairs and artificial plants all which diminish the vibe of this new restaurant. With minimal investment LOMA can generate a hip cozy vibe in for guests to walk away raving. Unfortunately, LOMA consistently misses the boat as they have the same problem with lighting and atmosphere at their original Twisted Fern. Great food but setting is amateur hour and a BIG BUMMER!

Underwhelming food and service. Ive been to several italian restaurants in town and this was the least enjoyable. Was unable to add carrots to my daughters salad even though it was available in the kitchen. Unable to substitute a marinara sauce for a vodka sauce. No flexibility. Prices were also higher than the 5 star hotel restaurants that had exceptional food and service.

Food and service are outstanding. Wine list was an obvious afterthought and, as an Italian cuisine restaurant, they need to start over on that. Just order the Sangiovese and you’ll be fine - avoid the rest.

We enjoyed our meal. The pasta was very fresh and tasty. Didn’t love the croutons on the Caesar salad but we thoroughly enjoyed our pasta dishes. The servers and hostess were wonderful.

My husband and I chose LOMA for a date night. It was the perfect choice. We were greeted warmly, shown to a cozy table for 2 and although the restaurant was full, the tables were not on top of each other. We ordered a clam appetizer which was recommended by the owner/chef. It was excellent and the best part was the ink infused focaccia bread which topped the clam dish and was amazing for dipping into the sauce. We ordered two main courses and were provided share plates for dividing them up. The swordfish was perfectly prepared over a bed of polenta & broccoli rabe, with a subtle, excellent caper sauce. The other main course was a thick rotini with a vodka sauce - excellent as well and the two dishes complimented each other quite well. For dessert we had an apple gelette which we shared and loved. The service couldn't have been better. Shout out to our excellent server Whitney. Also, the timing of the food preparation and delivery was just right. We're already looking forward to our next LOMA experience.

Pizza was wonderful. Lots of options for those of us that can’t have gluten. Chicken dish with fingerling potatoes was delicious. We normally don’t get dessert but we ordered the gelato and it too was fantastic. Ken are waiter was friendly and efficient. Actually all the staff was excellent and you could see they helped each other. We will be back soon.
