   From the moment we entered the second floor we were greeted by or favorite hostess Rock. Seated at our usual table, then we enjoyed various food and cocktails. Lola Rose is such an amazing place to spend an evening.

   Severely understaffed. I dined at this restaurant once before as a guest of the hotel, and the experience was wonderful, but last night was truly a let down. I built the place up and brought new guests to share with them. Sadly it was some of the worst experience I’ve received at an establishment of this level. Thankfully the food was still superb.

   Pros - Fantastic addition to Palm Springs and the food is amazing. Cons - Very loud & understaffed (although the staff that exists works to the bone and are wonderful)

   Tzatziki Milk Punch! Gotta see and experience it to get this restaurant. Been a long time since I have been wowed. And I have been in the business for 40 years. If you enjoy creative food and drink, you will appreciate this experience.
