Loved the vibe! Music was great! Food was well prepared, hot and delicious. It was restaurant week so we got the selections from the price fixe menu. Our server gave us good selections based on his experience. I got the crab cake, it could have been more flavorful. My husband got the sea bass which was very good. In my opinion the portions could have been a little bigger, especially the crab cake. I did not like my cocktail, it was too sweet for my taste. Our waiter as well as support staff were very attentive, especially with filling water glasses.

We had a party of 3 for Center City Restaurant Week. It was understandably very busy upon arrival so we grabbed a drink at the bar. Jesse (our bartender) made our drinks perfectly. We were seated roughly 30 minutes after our reservation time. The food itself was excellent. Everything was delicious and balanced. I would highly recommend the crab cake. I would definitely come back to dine at Loch Bar in the future. Overall, everything went well. The only thing is that it does get busy so be prepared to wait (well worth it).

We went for Restaurant Week so the value for our money was very good, but we will definitely go back again because the food was delicious. Everything we had was excellent - Caesar Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Sea Bass, Crabcake, our drinks, and dessert! It was our first time there and it would not have been on our radar if not for Restaurant Week. I'm so glad they participated because we will definitely patronize this restaurant again.

This is probably the best restaurant in downtown Philadelphia. I had perhaps the best Sea bass dinner I ever had in a very long time and this plate is very highly recommendable. In the past I had the Bronzino, also cooked to the perfection. The Attention is excellent but you have to know also that prices are according to the prestige of the restaurant Go and enjoyed as we did.

The restaurant week menu had fantastic options. There were 2 of us and we started with delicious cocktails with calamari and shrimp, both were excellent. My buddy opted for the chilean sea bass which was perfect. My choice of the lobster roll was disappointing. Served on a round brioche-kind of roll (which was tasty) but seafood prepared without any detectable seasoning or mayo--about a tablespoon of chopped up lobster, I had to ask for mayo with lemon. The accompanying fries were great. The service was outstanding in general, the food served hot and fresh, with the exception that I had to wait a while to tell the server about my need for some mayo. (Servers should ideally check in with patrons shortly after their food is delivered.) Dessert was interesting: an apple-ly cheesecake that was good, but maybe a bit too sweet. Portion wasn't too big, so it was a nice ending to a fairly solid meal. We were there coincidentally during the second half of Eagles game and the vibe was bustin'. :-)
