   I’ve been to this restaurant in the past and always had a great experience — which is exactly why I chose it for a special lunch with friends. It was my best friend’s birthday, and since she’s very ill and rarely gets to go out, she was really looking forward to the day. Our server (I wish I remembered her name) was absolutely lovely — friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. The food was good overall. However, my friend has a dairy intolerance, and unfortunately, the kitchen wasn’t able to accommodate her original menu choice — not because of the way the food was cooked but for aesthetic reasons, which felt ridiculous as we were the ones looking at it and especially as it was a dietary restriction. That said, the bigger issue was how we were treated at the end of our meal. We had a slow, relaxed lunch from about 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., on a Wednesday in an almost empty restaurant, and were enjoying coffee and conversation. We spent around $400 with tip so not a cheap lunch. As the restaurant was nearly empty, we assumed we weren’t inconveniencing anyone by lingering a bit. But then a manager approached and asked whether we wanted to see the dinner menu or if we were planning to leave. I was very taken back as we weren’t bothering anyone and as I mentioned the restaurant was empty, so I suggested that maybe other, already empty tables, could be used if needed (there were many), we were told we had to hurry up because ‘this’ table was needed. After spending that much money and being respectful guests in an almost-empty restaurant, this left a really sour taste. It unfortunately put a damper on what had been a meaningful and joyful outing for someone who doesn’t get many and won’t get many more of those!

   Great food! Excellent wine pairing with meal. Nice surprise of Prosecco on the house for our anniversary dinner! Thank you to everyone at Locale for a great evening out.

   I ordered risotto and it was so hard. I had it there before it was better but this time horrid. The food took forever to come , we waited over 3 rounds of drinks just for the food to come which again was not good. The pizza wasn’t great either. The espresso martini was so tiny it was like a shot not a actual drink

   Love this location. Come here often, but today was a bust. Cold food. Ordered two dishes to split, one an appetizer and one dish a main. Both came at the same time and both dishes were cold. The restaurant wasn’t that busy and there were enough servers to take care of the amount of customers. Kitchen problem or server issue. Disappointing, Locale. Especially with the amount the bill was.🥲☹️

   Myself and three other ladies had a wonderful time tonight. The service was amazing. The waiter that served us Gary aka (Gerry) was so amazing, wonderful personality, very attentive, friendly and informative. The meal was so delicious. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning soon.

    Very good food, excellent service however portions were very small compared to the prices. However quality of food and service was outstanding.
