Decorated beautifully for Christmas. We enjoyed the live music and the food was great. Overall wonderful experience!!

I made a reservation for my husband and myself for 6:00 for outside seating. We arrived at 6:00pm, they said they did not have our reservation, and had no regard for Open Table. They sat us at the only outside table which was 5 feet from the street. The host was useless, and did not care that we had made a reservation. He told us they had no reservation under our name. The only saving grace was our waitress Jennifer. She was lovely, and did everything she could to make a positive experience out of bad situation. Thank you Jennifer! You saved our evening!

We sat on the upper deck outside. Nice view and very pleasant. The food was excellent and our server was fantastic. Easy parking. We will definitely be back

We got a great table outside up on the deck, overlooking the water. Of course we got lobster rolls, which were delicious. A few dollars more for a lobster roll than some other places nearby, but given the special views and that they have a decent menu of sides and salads and other entrees, this place is a great choice! A lot of lobster roll places really only have lobster rolls, and you can't make reservations, and they close by 6ish, but Lobster Shack wins on all counts - you can make a reservation, not everybody has to eat a lobster roll, and they stay open through dinner.

My wife and I went to Lobster Shack for Mothers Day! We had great service, incredible food and fantastic location. We have a new restaurant to add to our short list of favorites!!
