   Lobby has been referred to me by many people, so I thought why not try it? Definitely wasn’t disappointed. It was an amazing atmosphere, and the service was phenomenal. Our server was Frankie and she was so kind. She always made sure to check on us and even made a great drink recommendation. We will 100% be returning and recommending to friends.

   Went to celebrate son’s 19th birthday. Food was amazing. Service was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. Ordered delicious cocktails. Must try the sliders and eggplant focaccia. Complimentary tiramisu with birthday torch sparkler was the most authentic tasting we’ve ever hand.

   Had a great time with my friends at Lobby. Such an amazing experience with friendly staff and the food and drinks were great! I would highly recommend going as the nightlife once dinner service ended was truly the icing on the cake with great music and elegant lighting ambiance!

   It was my first time at the restaurant. It was my birthday also. after placing an order, the server said that the table would be needed in 10 minutes, me and party acknowledged her statement and said ok… 2 minutes didn’t pass when another girl came stating that she was the hostess and was very rude ruining the experience and my birthday celebration. She pretty much said we needed to leave harshly, we tried to explain that the server informed us already , she would also get back to us about the possibility to move to another table, which she rudely interrupted that they can’t. Her word choice and customer service was below par especially for someone in hospitality. That was the worst experience I’ve had from a restaurant especially on someone’s birthday.

   I made reservations at lobby a week in advance, using The OpenTable app, i choose standard seating. I read several reviews prior to the reservation and was happy to see all the very positive reviews. When our party of four arrived, we were quite happy. The restaurant looked hip and the vibe was really appealing. It was 5 p.m. on a Saturday so a very early reservation. We were seated in the lounge which had a bench seat against the wall and two club chairs. The problem was there was a coffee table between us instead of a dining table. We felt like kids at the Thanksgiving children's table. We asked to sit in the dining room as we saw lots of available tables. We were told none were available but clearly throughout or dining experience we could clearly see there were lots of dining tables available even as we were walking out at the end of our meal, we counted 6 empty dining tables.. The table of seven next to us also asked for a dining table as clearly whoever did this design feature has made an erroneous error. The food honestly was mediocre at best. My Caesar salad was drowning in dressing and the steak tar tar was the first in my lifetime I've never finished due to the dryness. Definitely not a fan of the lobby.

    Amazing service at Lobby! This was my second time, and this time around my friend and I reserved bar seating instead of a table. The bartender was lovely, the drinks were amazing, and the food was good too! Would definetly recommend Lobby to anyone looking for a good night time experience in Hamilton.
