    We had a very pleasant brunch at lloyd! The decor is modern and welcoming, the food was fresh and offers something for everyone’s taste and the service by Graziano was friendly and outstanding! He was fantastic with our 3 yo son and really made our experience a memorable one! Thank you!

    Very noisy, properly it’s because it’s the Valentine’s Day. Otherwise the atmosphere and overall environment were quite nice. The food and waiter were nice too. Will try again for the brunch.

    The food was excellent but the portions were so small smh so if you go there really hungry with a big appetite, you might go to macdo afterwards lol.

    Expérience catastrophique pour nous ! Nous avions réservé pour la st-Valentin , il y avais un offre qui incluait souper 5 service avec accord mets /vin et un spectacle de musique à corde dans la salle style moulin rouge ! Nous avions comme seul limitation un max de 2h pour souper normalement ! Nous sommes arriver à 19h30 alors que notre réservation était pour 20h15! Ont nous a informé que le spectacle débutait à 22h . Nous avons pas été servi avant 20h15 ! Même si nous étions assis à notre table déjà ! Le service a été très long ! Même interminable ! La nourriture était correct mais sans plus versus l’information de service avec spectacle sur certain menu ! Les 2 dernier service nous a été garocher et même la serveuse c’est excuser du service cahotique! Champagne servis dans verre à martini car pus de coupe .. pour apprendre à 21h45 qu’il n’y aurait pas de spectacle comme prévu que la seconde représentation était déjà fini ! Le tout sans avis ! Rendu à la facturation , malgré le fait que l’hôte nous avais dit qu’il y aurait ajustement ! La soirée a été facturée au total ! Pour nous ça été une très mauvaise expérience ! Restaurant à éviter !

    Countless missteps and misinformations during the service. A one hour show promised at 10pm that finished at 10h20. It really soured our Valentine's Day date. I feel like the staff was disorganized, not very effective and not professional at all. The food was great though.

    Nice, courteous staff with a reasonable good service however we did have to flag down the waiter several times to get water and the bottle of wine and so on. Overall slow but to be fair a very busy night. The food presentation showed a lot of care and the flavours were there but could not stand out. The place is newly renovated and has a modern look but hasn’t been able to shed the hotel lobby vibe. The jazz show was more of a big and not really suited for the theme of the evening. Did not stay for more than a song.

    The Valentines Day menu didn’t have many options. The food wasn’t really good and barely filled the plates. I was also shocked by the price since everything I was served didn’t please me.

    The food is limited in variety but high in quality. Yogurt (mango), beef, some desserts, fried potatoes and fried chicken are all delicious and highly recommended. But for 50Cad it is a bit expensive because it is just a normal brunch, it could be better or with more options. Some of the meats were a bit salty. I saw lobsters in other people’s pictures but I didn’t see them on a Sunday in February, maybe they were not in season. The environment and atmosphere are very good. The service was excellent.
