   I was surprised that the choice of music for the restaurant was Rap. Since the majority of the patrons were older This didn’t seem like a good choice. But I could’ve lived with a choice if it hadn’t been such a loud choice.

   Great happy hour on the patio. The papaya salad was underwhelming, but the sticky rice, Pho Ga and spring rolls were excellent. Service was very attentive.

   The food is amazing!!! What ever we order is always great. We love the warm eggplant and sautéed eggplant. No complaints from us. It’s just delicious!!!

   We enjoyed our dining experience. We ordered several dishes (with the butterflies next to them on the menu). Everything was excellent including the shaky shaky beef, the saigon lemongrass beef, the black rice, and the fried sea bass. We got the spring roll as an app. The four of us split two desserts: the pecan tart and the chocolate mousse cake, which we liked the best. Everyone was so nice and our waitress was knowledgable and attentive. We loved the restaurant ambiance and plan to return.

   This is the best restaurant in the Spectrum. It's a culinary explosion with attention to detail on the unique ingredients used to make their dishes simply perfect. The menu id filled with choices to please any palette. The background music was also noticed which was not what I expected but well welcomed. Service was great, food was phenomenal and the overall experience will surely bring me back again and again as i work down the menu to try and experience new dishes each time i visit this gem. Well done!

   I ordered beef rice noodles and green papaya salad, packed them up and brought home to heat up, and when I ate it I found something amazing, a piece of blue plastic rubber band! I was very shocked. I am sure it came from the dish itself. This is unbelievable and it definitely does not meet the requirements of food safety. I am very disappointed and dare not choose this restaurant again.

    We had a wonderful dining experience at Little Sister in Irvine. I ordered the pork banh mi, which was flavorful, perfectly balanced, and had just the right amount of heat and crunch. My husband had the pork chop, which was cooked beautifully—tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we felt taken care of without ever being intrusive. The ambience was equally lovely—warm lighting, stylish décor, and a comfortable vibe that made it a perfect spot for a relaxed evening out. Overall, a great combination of food, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
