   A bit confusing as they have two dining rooms. The main one on the corner of Bedford and Grove and a smaller one just down the street. The food service and ambiance is the same all EXCELLENT. I had the most delicious mushroom risotto and my friend the branzino. We started off with a pear and walnut salad. No alcohol except for wine is available. This is a perfect little GV restaurant.

   The food and the service at Little Owl is still as good as ever but it has now become like all the other restaurants where you have to scream to talk to your friends. . Not sure when or why they decided to start playing Disco music ( which I love when appropriate) . Sad, it was always a favorite.

   Basically the perfect small, charming restaurant in the West Village. My only complaint is that the lasagna had not been sufficiently reheated and thus was on the cool side when it reached our table.

   Excellent brunch experience in their new dining room a couple doors down from the main restaurant. Food and vibes were excellent and our waitress was so sweet and stellar. Would absolutely return ASAP.
