Theyv were having a buffet and even with reservation, we were told it would "be awhile". We were put at a table near the front door and, other than being brought our silverware and water, had no further contact with the staff. No one checked on us or asked how we were doing. Not a great experience and food was, overall, mediocre.

It wasn’t what I expected. It was an open buffet and not all of their original menu items. The seating was more of a fast food setting.

The restaurant didn’t have our reservation, even though I’d confirmed. They had a buffet that night, not the normal menu. Buffet was $35/person, which was a little pricey for a buffet. Food was good.

This was my second time going and everything was great!! We did not have to wait before being seated. The I had the Shrimp Hakka Bowl and my husband had the salmon. I should have gotten the mild spice level because the medium was spicy. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, so they had a special treat for him! The first time, we celebrated my parents’ anniversary and they celebrated them, too! They made our dining experience great and were very attentive to our needs!! I strongly recommend eating at Lime and Lemon, in Jacksonville. I would be interested to know if the other locations have the same service? I guess I’ll have to find out!!

The setting was a little ofd as that it was right inside the main entrance of a hotel and open to all foot traffic. Noise level was moderate and there seem to be some mix ups between what customers were ordering compared to what they were receiving.
