   Took my daughter and wife for Valentines and have never been so embarrassed. We had a reservation for 5:15 and from the moment we got there, we must have been told at least 4 different times, that we had to be done by 7 as there was another reservation. Not sure why they felt this was necessary. Food was salty, overcooked and dry and generally not fit for consumption. They got my wife's order wrong twice and she ended up eating what little she could way after the rest of us were done. She ordered the Salmon with lump crab that was supposed to be served with rice pilaf. Instead after two attempts it was served with dry, plain white rice with a bay leaf on top?????? Since when is bay leaf a garnish. The place is somewhat barren, uncomfortable and uninteresting. The noise level as others have mentioned, was quite high. They ended up comping the meal, but the deed was done and the experience was ruined for us. I was shocked at how expensive the meals were for a run of the mill BBQ joint. Without drinks for 3 it was $145. This is way out of line for what you get and the quality of the experience. I can't stress enough what a generally unpleasant experience this was. We will never return.

   We enjoyed our meal at liberty Station. It was very busy and waiter seemed a little overwhelmed. Food was excellent. Salmon was great and the shrimp appie excellent. We did not care for the fries. Just bland.

   We went to celebrate our Anniversary because Liberty Station is where we had our first date and we had a great experience. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and it was an overall fantastic experience.

   When we got to our table, our friends were a little but we were told we needed to be done in 2 hours, "is that ok?" I didn't think it would be a problem. The waiter took my husband & I's drink order and our friends arrived. Instead of taking their drink order, he took the food order of a group of 10 that had been seated after us. He then informed me my drink should be right up. (It took 15mins) he finally came to take our food order by saying "I'll need to take your food order now please" at time finally asked our friends what they would like to drink as well. We felt very rushed. 3 of the 4 meals came out. My husband was told his would be right out. My potatoes were cold. We were about halfway through our meal when the waiter finally realized my husband still hadn't gotten his meal. He went to check and said he didn't know what happened, but it's being prepared now. Not 2mins later, someone brought him "his" sandwich. Turned out it wasn't what he ordered at all. We told our waiter after he tried to give his actual sandwich to a different table and realized they got mixed up. It was ridiculous.

   Fantastic prime rib meal. Great tap beer selection. Our waiter was attentive and friendly.

   First time to Liberty Station and we will be back. Seated immediately (we had a rsvp) and waiter, Jordan was quick to check in. Brussels sprouts appetizer was amazing. Drinks were good although my husband’s Manhattan seemed a bit small for $16. But he said it was good. Brisket was outstanding as were the sides. We enjoyed our New Year’s Eve.

   Love the cozy fireplace. Out of our party of 6, two people reported their meat was a little dry. The wings were excellent. Great service from Dominique and supporting staff. Overall very good experience and we’ll be back.

    We had picked up food two days in a row, and it was INCREDIBLE. Then we dined in Sunday night and the service/server was so rude, and we could tell he did not want us there. We had a reservation at 8:30pm we got there early and ordered, then our friends showed up at 8:45 and ordered drinks and our server told us the kitchen closed in 10 minutes and never came back to take their order. Our food was cold and under seasoned. Just really disappointed.

    Hannah, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your first two experiences. However, I am also disappointed to hear about your last visit. After speaking with your server, I believe I understand the miscommunication. After explaining about the time limit with the kitchen, knowing your group was coming from a post event dinner, and taking an order for drinks only, they believed your party was not interested in dinner. I apologize for the miscommunication. Communicating effectively and ensuring all of our guests needs are met is absolutely our responsibility. I am very sorry that was not your experience. I have removed that round of drinks from your tab and you should see the adjustment on your statement shortly.
