The newly renovated Lezzet with its sandstone arches, dappled lighting & cushions scattered throughout brings a warm feel once you enter its doors. A stunning marble back lit bar sets the scene with Anatolian inspired cocktails on offer, and the state of the art copper wood fire oven is the star producing mouthwatering meats, clay pots and platters.

Head chef & owner Kemal Barut has perfectly brought the tastes of the old traditions & modern ways together for a journey to be perfectly accompanied with a variety of Turkish wines as well as various award winners on offer.

Lezzet is conveniently located on Brighton Rd in Elwood, at the beginning of Chapel St and a couple of minutes away from St Kilda, Balaclava, Elsternwick and Glenhuntly Rd. The taste of Anatolia awaits you.

the Lamb Claypot dish and the Seafood Claypot dish are really sensational, they make for a very special meal! Been here several times and always delivers !

Had a great dinner with friends. There was an issue with order that was rectified immediately and very gracious hosts. Place a bit too noisy for us

The ambience is excellent, but the service was patchy. The food was average. I paid a deposit that the restaurant refused to deduct from the account, but was refunded a few days later. Open Table gave me no assistance. I will book directly with restaurants in future.

Went for a Hens. I counted the number of people attending wrong but the staff on were really flexible and it was squashy but not a problem. Had the $75 banquet. Food was delicious, especially the date butter and stuff calamari. The only fault was the dessert, too small, could have been served with something else. Also surprised not Turkish delight was served. The place itself is really cute and good ambiance. Took quite a while for the food to come out, but once the first course was served the rest followed close behind. Would highly recommend, much better than your average Turkish Restaurant.

When we arrived there was some mix up with our table- we sat where we were directed but then we were told to move. We were seated in a walk way close to the door so it wasn’t quite what we expected. However the food was fabulous and the service and wine (Turkish) were very good. We will definitely return!!
