   Ive never had a worse meal. Into be fair it was Valentine's Day and when we entered the restaurant they told us it would take 45-1 hour. They didn't plan for this day accordingly. Regardless, calamari was way over seasoned. My vergatable lasagna was awful and swimming in white cream, the risotto was soupy. The server was super kind! She apologized that they were overwhelmed so we appreciated her. They made a chicken for my son that could have been made by a 12 year old. Honestly never had such a bad meal

   Three years ago, I had a good experience here, so I returned on Valentine’s Day expecting a similar evening. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing from start to finish. The restaurant was very crowded, and while we were seated quickly, we ended up spending two hours waiting for our meal. They brought out the wrong meal, and it was clear none of the servers were communicating. I felt bad because I know they were busy, but I guess that’s what happens when they add extra tables than usual for a holiday? As a form of compensation, they gave us more wine, but by that point we were too drunk to appreciate it since we still hadn’t been fed. When our food finally arrived, it had a hair in it, which was gross. We ended up just leaving and going to a different restaurant. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

   Overall was a ok experience, some mistakes with our order and my swordfish was under cooked i had hard time cutting it, and it was very chewy. the waitress super nice, she changed our dishes but the food was missing seasoning. Presentation was ok. Price vs quality food 🤷‍♂️. Personally I wouldn't go back.

   Ce fut une expérience incroyable! Le restaurant est calme et chaleureux. Les plats sont aussi beaux que bons, ce fut un vrai régal. Et le service était absolument incroyable, souriant, gentil, respectueux…Je n’ai aucun point négatif pour ce restaurant, tout était parfait! J’ai hâte d’y retourner.

   Waiter went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. He was attentive at all times and confident when we asked for his recommendation regarding which dish we should pick.

    We chose this restaurant to celebrate New Year’s based on our fantastic experience in 2023. Unfortunately, this visit was markedly different, with significant disorganization and safety concerns that overshadowed our evening. Upon arrival, our table was not fully set up, and trays meant for waitstaff were left on our chairs, which we had to return ourselves. From there, confusion around our drinks and orders added to the disarray. The most alarming part of the experience was finding sharp pieces of thick plastic in my main dish—not once but twice. I notified the staff immediately, and while they replaced the dish, I was surprised to receive the same meal with extra sauce added, which made me uneasy about eating it. Sadly, I found more plastic in the replacement dish, leading me to return the food altogether. Additionally, the water I ordered arrived with a dead fly in the glass. While the staff kindly compensated for my main dish, there were no further gestures or acknowledgment from management for the repeated safety issues. Considering the severity of finding plastic in my food, I would have appreciated more concern or action to address the matter. I understand it must be a busy time for the restaurant, and I want to acknowledge the waitstaff’s kindness and genuine efforts amidst the chaos. However, this experience left me feeling uneasy and disappointed, particularly as we had high expectations based on our previous visit. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe the restaurant has potential and can do much better. For now, I cannot see myself returning, but I truly hope improvements are made for future guests.
