   Shockingly, 3 of 4 orders were incorrect or poorly prepared. Two were sent back to the kitchen. One accepted though not what was offered. No credits or bill reduction offered. UNACCEPTABLE. Will not be returning to reataurant that I have frequented for many years

   The restaurant needs updating. The booth that we were offered had ripped seats. We changed booth. Service was good, but food was just ok. Oysters were not fresh.

   Food quality was good. Service was good as well. Ambiance was good. Early dinner (4) so the restaurant was quiet. We will return.

   I left work early to pick up my spouse in order to make our 6:30 reservation made on OpenTable. We actually arrived at 6:15 to an overcrowded restaurant with crowd of people waiting to be seated only to find out our reservation was changed without our consent to 7:15 pm. Now an hour to wait. When we finally got seated an hour later our bowls of Chowder were served lukewarm almost cold, very disappointed in our experience!

   We enjoyed a bowl of their famous clam chowder today during their once a year “Chowder Day” Also had a couple of menu items that were also really good and well presented. Service was excellent. Love Legal!!
