   I had a group of 5 for a Galentines event. This event was publicized as a pj game night.. with chances to win prizes and groups of 4+ receive a complimentary bottle of wine. Upon arrival we were sat immediately which was great. We sat at a booth near the DJ. I ordered a round of chilled shots and inquired about the complimentary wine and other wine selections for purchase. My friends ordered two drinks a piece. If you’re looking for craft cocktails this is not it. lol If you don’t care about taste or ingredients you will be fine. The complimentary wine (xxl) arrived room temperature which was confusing to the table lol and the chilled shots were not chilled. Also the ac was not working and there were no fans blowing so the ladies were melting. The food was pretty good, we had wings, lamb chops , Mac, mash and salmon etc. My least favorite part of the evening was when our waitress told us we have to leave due to other reservations. I understand the rule but there were so many vacant tables and booths. We paid.. 3 of us left and two stayed at the bar. While we sat at the bar we saw a group of people that were at another table move to the table we were forced to leave. Mind you two other booths remained available among other tables until we left. My group would have continued our evening and spent more money and I believe the scenario was mishandled. In summary, the food, music were good and I enjoyed the event but it could have been better. I would probably return because of the music and food.

   Good Afternoon Raven, First And Foremost Thanks For Attending Our Galentines Event Yesterday! We Are Known For Our Craft Cocktails, However There May Be Days Where Things May Be Off As We Are In The Middle Of Training New Staff Members. Also, Things wear and tear every now and then and we were notified of the AC issue at the time of opening and scheduled an emergency technician to address this issue before our next time opening. Lastly, all reservations are 2 hours however we can extend based on availability, and we were fully committed for our Galentines event on yesterday. Sometimes our table combinations place larger parties at certain tables within the building, which sometimes make it seems like there. are tables open when they're not. We hope to be able to host you again soon :)

   Our food came out 20 minutes apart. (it was just my fiancé and i) the place was hot and humid. it smelled like cheese,not in the good way. the staff was dressed like they where ready to jump into bed. even tho they require guests to be “business casual”. if the lights where turned fully on you’d be able to see how ragged the place really was. the table cloth had holes all through it. the fries tasted frozen. absolutely won’t be back.

   Good Evening Tyra, Apologies on missing the missing the mark yesterday. Our A/C unit had some normal wear and tear that we weren't aware of until opening that has since been fixed. Also, We had a special themed Galentines event on yesterday in which was themed "Pajama Game Night" where we let our staff participate in this event as well, we love for our staff to interact with our customers and be able to come into work as themselves. Our table cloths are also dry cleaned daily in which at times the dryer may cause holes in them from time to time however if it's noticed we will immediately address this and get things changed.

   The only good thing about this time was the hookah and the girl who helped us with it was nice. Not sure who the waitress was because she never gave us her name. If they were short staffed and food was taking longer they should have said something. She was all over the place the whole night out food was cold and we had to keep hunting her down. I don’t think they had enough ppl working, it happens but put that disclaimer out there in the future.

   The waitress had us waiting for 40 minutes then told us the kitchen closed. She was to busy flirting with other people than serving us. We had a reservation and everything. I had family from out of town. I was so embarrassed because i hyped up how good the food is and everything.
