   I have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened. the food is quite good, however this time the restaurant was very loud and not pleasant. They have taken to singing Happy Birthday to each patron that is celebrating their day and we had this four times during our two hours- it was loud and disturbing to say the least. We go to Le Shack as we consider it a higher end option expecting a nice “quiet “ ambiance and in no way it is that anymore. We understand that some patrons like this type of experience but the four of us found it to be disturbing. Perhaps a piece of cake with Happy Birthday and a sparkler would suffice? Food was very good and service was friendly. Shame about the noise..

   Second year of eating here while staying at the Crane resort. Recognize some staff from last year which suggests that this is a great place to work. Staff are so friendly, clearly enjoy working with each other and the food is next level.

   Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent cocktails. Loved everything about it. It was a quick 5 min walk from the crane. Very easy to get to. Highly recommend.

   Great food & service. The owner stopped by our table to greet us and ask how our food was and chat for a bit. Very personal experience.

   Loved everything! Started with the grilled octopus and crab cake. Perfection. We had the burgers and frites. Excellent. Topped it off with the Banana Explosion. Best meal we have had since arriving in Barbados. We are returning for dinner on our last 2 nights. Can’t think of a better place to eat. If you are staying at the Crane, just steps away. The restaurants on the resort don’t come close to this one.

   Third visit to Le Shack during our stay in Barbados. Always a warm welcome and fantastic service from the staff there. Impressed with the consistency of the food quality. An experience not to be missed

    The food at La Shack is uniformly outstanding. The chefs (under the guidance of Jean-Jacques) are excellent. I eat there regularly, and without exception the dishes are amazing - original, full of flavour, great ingredients, good size portions. The Tart Tatin is to die for. Lamb shank is magnificent. The Coconut Shrimp Risotto - Oh my God! I could go on and on. There are not many restaurants on the island that serve cordon bleu food, so don't miss out!
