今回はランチでしたが、以前にランチ１回ディナー２回利用させていただいておりますお店の雰囲気がとても素敵なので気に入って利用していますお味は素材感がしっかりあり、おいしいと思います盛り付けもとてもきれいで女性には好評ですただ、前回ディナーを利用してから半年くらいでしたが（夏のディナーと冬のランチ）同じメニューがでてきて少々がっかりしました。。。（それより前は１年くらい前でしたが違うメニューでした）また、駐車場が少ないので少々注意が必要です

素材一つ一つの味を最大限に活かすための工夫が満載で、作り手の創意工夫と計算の奥深さが伝わってきました。野菜一つ一つの味も楽しむ事ができました。とても思い出に残るお料理でした。テーブルへの演出も印象深かったです。外の雪景色と重なり、非日常的な時間を過ごせました。

選ればれた食材、たとえばソースの一滴、シェフが自作の器にいたるまで、すべてに必然性があり、鳥肌が立つほど素晴らしいです。食後清々しさを覚える貴重なレストランです。

詳細はFBに挙げてあるんで二度書き面倒につき省略。実にオリジナルで繊細な、かつ素材を十二分に活かした料理でした。特にサラダには刮目。日本人にはブラスのガルグイユよりうまいと感じるんじゃないでしょうか。また水貝仕立ての釣りキンキとワカメの一品は、ハーブビネガーの出汁の絶妙なバランスが今も思い出して舌に心地よいです。ランチでしたが、次はディナーで参ります。

見て美しい、食べて美味しい。旬の食材が最大限に引き出されて、かつ今までにない組合せ。結婚記念日のお祝いで利用したのですが、デザートの時にはお店から、お花で飾られたキャンドルでお祝いして頂いて、感激しました。

北海道にこだわった食材、器でとてもよい雰囲気でした。お食事は、春を先取りしたもので、今まで食べたことの無い調理方法でとてもおいしかったです。また、何かの記念日には必ず、利用したいと思います。

和食のダシ、技術が活かされたフレンチで、美食家のためのお店ですね。どのお皿も素敵なプレゼンテーション。ジビエに地の野菜。フレンチを食べなれている東京とかの社長さんとかお連れしたら喜ばれそう。ただ平凡な舌を持つ私には、青い酸味とダシは合わなかったな。一流のお店と思えばこそ、細かい所に少々思うこともあり、この点数です。

さすが１月を充電期間にあてたという天才肌の石井シェフの渾身の作品というべきものでした。地元北海道の海鮮をそれぞれのテーマに創作されており、店の雰囲気と相まって素晴らしい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。また行けるよう頑張ろうという気になるお店です。

The service have to improove english speaking abilities for foreign customers. The food was really good and sometime amazing. The chef was really nice to come and meet us at the end of our dinner.

札幌にあるミシュランレストラン。白壁でシンプルなつくりのレストラン。料理が映え、まさに美術館のようなイメージ。北海道の旨味が強く感じられる。 BGMのクラシック音楽も心地良い。
