   Our appetizers came out before our drinks and our entree came out when we were still eating our appetizers. It was a major bummer. We would have spent more money but we were rushed out. Didn’t seem that was the case with the tables around us who were seated before we arrived and had their meals appropriately coursed. I don’t think at this price point I should have to specify I don’t want my entree while I’m still eating appetizer and I don’t want my appetizer before my drink.

   I live in Vail and had been in this restaurant a month ago with a friend who introduced me to it. I was very impressed. I came back for dinner with a different friend. The place was buzzing with clients. I love the atmosphere and decor. The menu offers great choices of dishes to share. I had the miso halibut for lunch and this time tried the miso salmon which was cooked to perfection and delicious. The service is impeccable. Definitely recommend this restaurant

   The service and food were excellent and the atmosphere inside is so fun and unique! They had a great lunch menu for $35 that included a starter, an entree, and iced tea, which is a great deal for the high quality of the food and service. We will definitely be back!!

   The restaurant is beautiful. The food and drinks was fantastic. Lychee martini and shaking beef are my favorites!

   I wasn’t sure what to expect I’ve had several people kust rave snpuy it. Everyones taste is different honestly I have to agree the flavor is excellent, decor beautiful, service Top notch.

   This was our second time at Le Colonial, a Sunday noon, and the experience was mixed. The service was fine and the beet salad was delicious. However, our small plates, the pho and the bai bo(beef salad) were unacceptable. The pho was too salty, had very few ingredients even lacking some of the most basic ones, and the salad greens were days old and it appeared had been dressed long before being served. We were quite disappointed.l

   Second time eating at Le Colonial, first time during restaurant week, by chance. First experience was so much better. Dishes were tastier and the portioning and plating was different as well as service was better, more attentive. We were in the bar this time which was louder but love the vibe. We may take a break from le colonial and try some other new vibey Denver restaurants. Still will highly recommend!

    All my 5 Star rates for every category speak for themselves. The place is Superb. My husband and I highly recommend it. And I haven't heard one negative comment from friends who have dined at Le Colonial. We're both looking forward to going back! Thank you for the ambience, the food, service, etc.!
