   Came for lunch at 12p. Food was great, service was very slow, and it was so noisy it was difficult to enjoy catching up with a friend. For the overall price and value, unfortunately not worth it.

   Time and time again these new restaurants just miss the mark. It’s either over salted or under salted. I am happy to spend 200 dollars on a meal for two if when I leave I am think man that was really good! However service was great and what a beautiful space and design.

   Gorgeous setting - beautiful decor. Great service. The food, however, is disappointing. I actually don't think it is very good, and I have been there four times.

   The food was very good. We sat in the bar area and our server was very good and professional. The problem was the floor manager came by and asked we would both like another cocktail. We both said yes . My wife’s cocktail arrived but mine did not. I spoke with the waitress and one of the waiters no one knew where my drink was. Finally the manager came over and said she forgot to ring in my cocktail. She was almost condescending in her manner. By now I had finished my dinner and didn’t want the drink. Our waitress apologized but not the manager. I was disappointed by the whole interaction

   Went to Sunday Brunch, had never been to Le Colonial before. The decor was spectacular unfortunately didn’t love the menu. Ordered a few small plates and one large plate that the table shared. Just wasn’t impressed with what we ordered and feel the menu was limited. Service was good. May go back to go to the bar and get drinks due to ambience of restaurant.

   Our appetizers came out before our drinks and our entree came out when we were still eating our appetizers. It was a major bummer. We would have spent more money but we were rushed out. Didn’t seem that was the case with the tables around us who were seated before we arrived and had their meals appropriately coursed. I don’t think at this price point I should have to specify I don’t want my entree while I’m still eating appetizer and I don’t want my appetizer before my drink.

   I live in Vail and had been in this restaurant a month ago with a friend who introduced me to it. I was very impressed. I came back for dinner with a different friend. The place was buzzing with clients. I love the atmosphere and decor. The menu offers great choices of dishes to share. I had the miso halibut for lunch and this time tried the miso salmon which was cooked to perfection and delicious. The service is impeccable. Definitely recommend this restaurant

   The service and food were excellent and the atmosphere inside is so fun and unique! They had a great lunch menu for $35 that included a starter, an entree, and iced tea, which is a great deal for the high quality of the food and service. We will definitely be back!!
