    Je recommande ce restaurant, la. Pourriture est excellente et raffinée; le service impeccable et les vins de qualité Merci au chef Gabriel qui prend du temps avec ses clients aussi pour leurs parler des fromage du Québec et des charcuteries fines

    Service impeccable, excellente nourriture. Seul hic j’avais réservé à l’origine a 10 h am avec OpenTable. Cependant j’ai revu un courriel du Fairmont le château ne demandant d’effectuer un pré paiement . J’ai effectuer le paiement sous la commande #3955 mais en effectuant une modification sur l’heure du repas. Quel ne fut pas ma surprise de recevoir un appel me disant que je n’étais pas encore arrivée à 10 h 30 😀heureusement tout c’est régler . Pas trace du remboursement de 5% de TPS . J’imagine que c’est parce que le service a été payé à l’avance.

    Had a phenomenal experience at the Champlain. The 6 course tasing menu was absolutely delicious - it might be the best I’ve had. The dishes were extremely balanced, fresh and reasonably portioned for a tasting menu. Service was excellent and the overall experience was awesome. Highly recommended!

    It was the perfect place to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary with our family of seven, especially as we had honeymooned here those many years ago. Leakim in the Food and Beverage department helped us plan a very special evening. Our server, Jean-Francois was excellent as he tended to the desires of our three-generational gathering. It was a lovely experience!
