    Had a wonderful dinner and experience. The restaurant is so pretty. The wait staff from the bartenders, hostess, waitress and helpers were great. We ordered The Meatball- definitely enjoyed it. I had the Dover Sole and hubby had Chicken Parm and for dessert the Tiramisu was enjoyed. Would come back again. It is extremely loud in the restaurant, that is the only blip. It's not music it's all the conversations. There were two huge tables and I'm sure that didn't help.

    We had a great experience at Lavo! The ladies at check in were very welcoming and we were shown to our table by a very nice young man. The decor is whimsical and beautiful and we were amazed by the fact that the restaurant was full but the noise level was so well managed by the restaurant that we were able to talk and actually hear each other! Our server Jen, was outstanding and only in a 5 star restaurant have we gotten the attention that we received from Lavo. I would recommend Lavo to anyone looking for great food and great service! Excellent management!

    LAVO used to be one of our favorite restaurants on the Strip. We hadn't been for a few years and what we came back to was awful. We had no idea that the only option for Sun. brunch was the pri fixe menu at $55 per person. You can't order and pay for individual entrees. No signage and no real notification on the website. The decor in the restaurant has just been redone and it's so cheap looking. It used to have a cool ambience. I can't imagine what it's like at night. The food was mediocre at best. The salmon pizza and omelet were cold. The servers were attentive, but had to be asked for water service and remind them multiple times that we asked for coffee, pepper and other items. They kept wanting to take our plates away. I will say the manager was very nice, but said there was nothing she could do. The Venetian/Palazzo were sold a few years ago and so many changes have been made for the worse in my opinion. I couldn't be more disappointed.
