Created by the founders of El Tiempo Cantina, Houston’s First Family of Tex Mex, Laurenzo’s Restaurant features the other side of their family’s Italian, Mexican and American Culinary Heritage. The menu, one of the largest in the city, is packed with recipes dating back generations, and includes fresh Gulf Seafood, Prime Rib, and home-made pasta.     The staff and the service was great, but for the prices I didn’t expect to be at a sports bar experience. I was expecting a more romantic ambience.

    Enjoyed NYE dinner! The special, grilled halibut with shrimp was wonderful. Appetizer crab cakes were delish- large so 2 people could share one. Plenty of bread. Steak was awesome and to top it off warm brownie with ice cream Very festive atmosphere. Hats, lights etc. will be visiting again

    It is always a great experience at Lorenzos! Our server, Alex, was attentive even on a busy evening. We did not feel rushed and the food came out promptly. It's easy to get filled up on food, but always make sure to save room for dessert!

    This is one of the best restaurants in Houston. Every dish they make is outstanding! Service is always superior. Waitstaff anticipate your needs. Manager is always friendly and welcoming.
