   I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Latitude 28 recently, and I must say, it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere immediately put us at ease. But what really made our evening stand out was the exceptional service provided by our server, Fabio. Fabio was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. His recommendations were spot on, and his passion for the restaurant's menu was genuinely infectious. Each dish that arrived at our table was expertly prepared, presented, and bursting with flavor.

   Outstanding food and service. Chef Josh was superb and Marissa’s service and attentiveness was terrific. We haven’t had such a good experience anywhere in the area. Bravo!

   Brian was a good server! His recommendations were spot on. Glazed carrots were delicious! Drinks were very good from the bar. Lobster truffle Mac n cheese and the potato side were underwhelming. Dessert menu could use more desirable options like crème brûlée or tiramisu.

   Beautiful dining experience, the staff was exceptional! Food was amazing, grouper a little salty but everything else was delicious!

   Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, there were many great bold flavors with all items ordered. I was pleasantly surprised to have food like that at a hotel. Definitely will return!

   Food and drinks took entirely too long to come out. We arrived at 6:40 and didn’t eat until after 8:00.

   Service was superb. Thank you Fabio. Food was great. Chicken was a very small portion of protein, too small, not enough. That is my only criticism.

   Food was food service terrible. Very over priced. Had a 7pm reservation. Waited over a half an hr just to put our drink order

    I've dined in JW Marriotts before and this is one of the better concepts. The menu is simple but very well executed. The vibe was great and the service good although they only had 2 servers at peak dinner. It took forever to place orders and get food, but my server shared up front they were short staffed. There was a VIP table that received much of the attention so the rest of the restaurant suffered super slow service. I did appetizer, salad, entree and desert and everything was delicious. All in all, it was a good experience and I would dine there again.
