We visited Lala and had an overall wonderful experience, thanks largely to our server, Angelo, who was fantastic. He provided attentive and friendly service, making our evening very enjoyable. The cocktails were excellent, and the tuna crudo was absolute perfection—definitely a standout dish. We also tried three of the nigiris (tuna, salmon, and hamachi), and they were incredibly fresh and flavorful. To end the meal, we had dessert, which was also very good. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat marred by the red-haired hostess, who was quite rude to me and another member of our party upon arrival. This was disappointing, especially since it wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered her rude behavior. On a previous occasion, it was bad enough that we decided not to dine at Lala. While the food and service from Angelo were exceptional, I hope the management addresses this recurring issue with the hostess, as it affects the overall first impression and experience of an otherwise fantastic restaurant.

Lovely dining, Great Service- Miguel was amazing! Wonderfully made, delicious drinks. Food was very good and just the right portion, imo. It was an enjoyable experience.

The place is very nice, the ambiance is very upscale and chic. The food was good overall. I wouldn’t recommend going if you are in a hurry or feeling hungry. The service is very slow, I am aware that most places in the island have a slower service compared to usa but this one was worst than average. My reservation was at 8:15, I got seated at 8:47. Our food came passed 10. I ordered a side and it never came. They charge you $6 for water. On the bright side servers and host were very nice and the music selection was good.
