Located in the Historic Pearl, Ladino is a modern Mediterranean grill house celebrating all the cultures and cuisines of the Mediterranean region. Ladino features fresh-made pita from a wood-burning oven, an abundance of dips and small plates, and entrees from the 'mangal' - regional specialties cooked on a live-fire, charcoal grill. Desserts are inspired by the sweet and savory staples of the region with a modern touch, and the beverage program highlights the area's wines and spirits.

This Mediterranean gem is a must to dine. Every dish we tasted was an explosion of delicious flavors. A restaurant worthy of its “Michelin Star nod.” Deserves major credit. The service and atmosphere also wonderful to accompany the amazing lunch we had. I’m not from the area, but when back in San Antonio will want to dine there again.

Everything about today's visit was exceptional! As a table of four who loved to laugh we were grateful for to be on the patio. We indulged in the Sunday special of a half priced bottle of wine and the Table of Joy featuring course after course of the chef's finest. Despite our healthy appetites, we couldn't finish the non-stop parade of delicacies. However, our servers were more than accommodating and sent us home with multiple boxes. Thank you Ladino for never letting us down and remaining our favorite restaurant in San Antonio!

It took long to get food. Had to get it in a to go box so we could make our next event. First part was good but had to eat the rest of the meal at home.

Overall, the food and drinks were very tasty and unique. I had never had Mediterranean food. We had amba, paradise lost, and kerido for drinks. The fasoulia for an appetizer with a pita we ordered extra. Then the harissa shrimp and Denver steak. Our total came out to $212 with tip. Everything was very good, however I don’t know that I felt it was great value. Would I do it again? Yes, every once in a while. But do I feel like it was truly a steal for the price? No. We also had to send the Denver steak back because it was Luke warm. If it were 10 to 20 percent cheaper it would be great

This is one if not my favorite restaurant. Food is always great, people are nice. This time the Service wasn’t great. We ordered right away but were getting our food later then other parties that were seated after us. Some items I ordered were not received. I later found out that I had ordered these items from the manager which was even more disappointing. If a Michelin star is the goal, they need to step it up.
