   Arrived on time for a birthday celebration and we were greeted promptly and were sat right away. A few questionable things happened after being seated. First, the server took way too long to show up and lacked menu knowledge. We guessed the couple sitting next to us was one of the servers table because no one had come to greet them and they got up and left after a while waiting. When giving our oder (Octopus, pizza, two pasta plates and a steak) we were given a questionable, nasty face by our server. Why do that, and make us feel uncomfortable? A servers job is to upsell, not discourage customers from giving the restaurant our money, right? The octopus and pizza were amazing, the tagliatelle pasta itself was soft and chewy but the ragú that dressed it was super salty, which made it unenjoyable and couldn’t take more than a couple bites. The pesto pasta noodles were very crunchy and undercooked-not even al dente, and the pesto sauce had separated and appeared very oily. This made us discouraged and we cancelled the steak dish. After we received the bill, our server walked past us several times before taking the payment. Sitting there for so long made me realize the chairs are not suitable for resting more than a few minutes because they are not cushioned and the metal bars start digging in to your behind. The food plus terrible service made me think twice about calling the restaurant upscale. Sure, this place has an amazing view on the 9th floor but that’s as elevated as it gets.

   Tim was a fantastic waiter! The food was so delicious. We had the scallops, pulpo and tagliatelle. The rooftop view was beautiful. Will return again.

   Amazing dinner with my family for our anniversary! We got the lasagna and the pesto pasta, as well as the Greek salad! I’d get all of it again. 10/10

   Service was a bit slow. They may have been understaffed in the kitchen. Also, seating seemed a little haphazard, though they do text for table ready.
