   Seems like it took a while to get our food. People who came after us seem to get their food a lot quicker than we did. Waiter blamed it on the kitchen. They did comp us a salad and dessert for our time.

   It's quite expensive for the quantity you get but what else do you expect from a rooftop restaurant in Valley Fair mall. The food is good though. Maybe I am not an Italian food connoisseur but some of the dishes were great (Margarita Pizza & Tomato Spaghetti) whereas others were a bit bland (Cacio E Pepe & Papardelle w/Mushroom Ragu).

   I was very disappointed with the food and service we had today. The food was super bland (lacking salt and flavor in the taliagelle bolognese and the parpadelle mushrooms ragu). The kids pizza were great (all three kids finished pizza for most part). The service: our server took our order and never came back to check on us - we had to ask the bus staff for straws, our drinks and boxes. We asked for our check from bus boy who then went to find our server. So we were informed kids eat free with each paid adult entree. The kids got pizzas. So pizza (cheese, sauce) is free as long as there were no toppings. We were charged for toppings - so weird. So we felt like we were charged for kids meal even though they advertised kids eat free. I recommend they advertise free kids cheese pizza.

   The food and ambiance was nice. Are party of four was not served all together at the same time. Other than that we had a good experience dining there.

   Better than our first visit when they opened. Has a kids menu and coloring pages.Food was ok. The kids loved it. Service was less arrogant than before. Overall better than expected, especially on Christmas Day.

    Our linguini came without any shrimp. They forgot. The spinach pasta didn’t mention any meat but came with large portions of pork and was very greasy. This was their specials. Then with the hope to make our Christmas eve better, we ordered their desserts. They took super long time to deliver to our table. The mini coni were super frozen and didn’t look fresh at all. Then the check took forever. We were so done that we just wanted to get out of there. Overall it was a terrible Christmas eve experience considering we have reserved the experience for that occasion.
