   Pleasant experience. We had a reservation but had to wait about 30 minutes which was frustrating but on a Friday night what can you expect. The food was pretty good! Decent portion sizes and excellent service! Great variety of dishes! I love the pastas! The pizza is okay but I have pretty high standards Overall good experience! Would come back!

   Whenever we are in NYC we love to dine here for the food, location, good wines. Last night we tried the lemon chicken with some of our other favorites like pasta and arugula salad and rosemary bread. The Tuscan blend wine was exceptional! Dona, the manager, makes everyone welcome with her sincere warmth and cantagious smile! See you again soon.

   We love to dine here when we are visiting NYC, the menu is vareid and ooffers so many possibilities! We were luck to happen upon a special menus for March whith some lovely creations - Dona, the manager, recommended the eggpant parm and oh wow it was exquisite! Wanted to highlight Dona - she noted that we were returning customers and made us feel like we were at home. She is gracious, personable and oversees this place with attention and care. What a gem!!! We will return soon and do intend to return here!

   We were welcomed with warm smiles then presented with an extensive menu form which to choose. We setteled upon some amazing red wine (A tuscan blend) some meatballs and shared a pizza - perfection! Good service! Dona the manager introduced herself upon entry and visited each and every guests table. She is tops!

   The pasta and pizza were all good. No one in our group had a bad dish. We visited during restaurant fest and had a great time.

   We had a really lovely meal here. Service was a bit slow, the food was amazing. The hostess was unfriendly. I would 100 % go back and recommend it to others. I loved the location. Also I haven’t had better eggplant parm since I was in Italy.

   I arrived at this restaurant with my family and checked OpenTable beforehand to see if a reservation was necessary. I noticed plenty of open slots, so I walked in and approached the hostess stand, requesting a table for four. To my surprise, the hostess told me the wait would be between an hour and an hour and a half. Confused—since I had just seen open reservations on the app—I agreed to wait but decided to double-check. Sure enough, I found multiple open reservations and booked the next available one, which was within five minutes. When I returned to the hostess and mentioned my reservation, she seemed visibly annoyed and confused. After confirming it on her tablet, she whispered something to the manager, but I assume she had no choice but to honor it. However, instead of seating us, she told me to step aside while she “prepped the table” and proceeded to seat other guests who walked in with reservations. At this point, it was clear that my family and I were being punished for simply following the proper process. After a few more minutes, I asked how much longer we would have to wait. Her response? That I had just made the reservation, and that was “wrong,” so I would still have to wait. Wow. For future guests: If the hostess tells you there’s a long wait, check the reservation app—because they may not be giving you the full story. This review isn’t for the rest of the staff, who provided great service, but specifically for the hostess, who either doesn’t know how to do her job correctly or was intentionally making the experience difficult.
