Fabulous pasta and prompt, attentive service. We didn't have a big meal because we were going to a movie afterward. But we'll be back to enjoy more food and explore the store more fully.

The pizza and pasta were cold, however, the service was very good, and a decadent chocolate mousse was included because it was a birthday lunch.

enjoyed our white truffle pasta last night at La Pizza and La Pasta at Eataly, Los Angeles. Amazing service and ambiance. Always felt like being transported back to Italy when we are here. Food was delicious of course which I matched with the Montepulciano wine. Grazzi.

Katherine was an absolutely incredible waitress who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued. Katherine anticipated our needs, offered excellent menu recommendations, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests really stood out. It was clear she was dedicated to providing top-notch service. Katherine truly enhanced our experience, and we left with smiles on our faces, thanks to her outstanding service. Highly recommend dining here and requesting Katherine!

We just were too impressed this time. Service was a bit all over the place. The restaurant was busy, but it just seems the waiters were not in sync, sort of rushed and not very thorough and overall forgetting things. I have seen a lot better service at eataly, and I certainly would expect better service. The food also was ok, last time we ate there the overall experience was better, this time the pizza was a bit chewy and tasted charred (not the regular charred pizza from a wood fire oven). It just didn’t feel like the experience and food were worth the value.
