   We had reserved a table for five. The host tried to give us a table at the top of the stairs where people gather. I refused the table and requested the one next to it. She informed me it was reserved.. AS WAS OURS. She then proceeded to take us up three levels of stairs in a DARK & filthy carpeted staircase to another UNACCEPTABLE table. We awaited my handicapped husband & son who took an elevator through a SERVICE entrance which was very ugly and just awful. As for service.. the waiter gave us BRUNCH menus… it was a 7:15 DINNER reservation. He also did not provide my grandson with a spoon for his soup. We had to request it and wait for it. It took FOREVER to get our check. The food was just.. ok. If they’re trying to be a first class French restaurant.. they have A LOT to learn. The valet parking was $27!! At the end of this note.. five stars were added… they were not put there by me!

   Steak just not that good and food has come out cold on more than one visit. If I go back, will just be for drinks, as the decor is great.

   The place is beautiful, service great. Food is good but a bit too expensive for the quality. There was a live band playing and you could barely hear yourself talk, which was a bit annoying.

   Everything was great. Decor and ambiance is fantastic. Servers were great, music was good. Food was just okay.

   First time, and will not be the last. The food, drinks, service and ambiance were 10/10. Happened to dine on Wednesday. Who knew it was jazz night! Holiday season decor made it extra special. Great attention to details. Oh, and this is a biggie for me… the restrooms were clean!!

   It may be due to it being New Year’s Day but the waiter was unfriendly and inattentive. The food was cold and unimpressive and the busboy was confused as to who had ordered which dish. The only server who was friendly and went out of her way to do her job well was the buslady who brought us the bread and butter. My husband and I have been here in the past and have had a much better experience.

    If it weren’t for the beautiful building this place occupies, it would fail. Food is average at best, service fairly decent but slow. First and last time for us.
