Adorned with sumptuous tapestries and 19th-century art objects, La Galerie is the heart and soul of the hotel. Set to the rhythm of a piano, it is the ideal place to share breakfast, indulge in a tea time and delicious pastry, enjoy an apéritif, or discover emblematic dishes of French gastronomy playfully reimagined with modern and creative touches.

For this ode to French culinary heritage, chef Alan Taudon has partnered with small producers nestled a few kilometers from Paris, meticulously selected for their responsible approach. Confit leek from Ile-de-France, Macaroni with black truffle shards, or Blue lobster are followed by with the most emblematic desserts of French pastry.
