La FinS, in the Shimbashi neighborhood of Tokyo, crafts elegant and sumptuous Western-style cuisine in its sophisticated and relaxing restaurant. For the ideal start to your meal, enjoy the decadent cold foie gras with triple oxtail consomm_ and the Jerusalem artichoke soup with black truffle aroma. Some of La FinS's specialty entr_e dishes include the matured lean beef steak in red wine sauce, the French roasted duck fillet and the baked lobster, also imported from France, all of which goes perfectly with a glass of red wine. For dessert, enjoy La FinS's homemade chestnut mousse with pear compote.
