La Cucina is a NEW authentic Italian pizzeria and restaurant in the heart of downtown Kitchener. Although a new location, the owners are not new to Italian food. With strong Italian roots, a passion to create authentic Italian food and a love of quality and fresh ingredients, La Cucina Pizzeria will soon be your favourite spot to eat and hang-out. The irresistible aromas from our custom-built Malagutti pizza oven will draw you in, and the delicious dishes that emerge from it will keep you coming back for more. Malagutti has been creating these refractory stone culinary masterpieces for over four decades. You will be able to see your pizza or calzone cooked right before your eyes.
The Pizzeria will be serving more than just pizza slices: our menu includes antipasti, homemade pastas, paninis, and larger dishes like Veal Parmigiana and Porchetta.

The food was delicious, service was great, and the decor made for a very inviting feel. A wonderful overall experience. We all had pizza and there was not a single complaint. We will definitely go back!

Aya always takes the best care of us! Great place to celebrate among friends with great food. The Osso bucco is always a fan favorite and the only complaint about the daily specials is that they're not available every day 😉 loving some of the new selection of Italian wines!

Food was good but pricey for the location and ambiance. Waiter was good but service from kitchen is poor. We waited so long for our food and the restaurant was not busy when we got there. Pizza takes forever because they really need more than one person working that station and apparently you are competing with takeout orders We were offered free dessert to compensate but in the end were charged. Didn’t bother to complain because I was afraid adjusting bill would take too long.
