   Everything was wonderful. We had a great wait your name Tyler, who was right there every time we needed him and more. The ambience was fabulous. Sitting was comfortable. Cannot find one thing I would change about this place. Food was also great. We will definitely be going back and would recommend it to others.

   Wifey and I ordered a Topo Chico to split as server told us it was a large glass bottle. A few minutes later he plops a 12 oz. bottle on the table and leaves quickly. No glasses. Chips and salsa arrive. Chips were actually good but salsa was over tomatoed (is there such a word?). Refrieds were ok and rice was ok. I ordered a combination enchilada and crispy shell taco. The taco had enough lettuce to be a main course salad and not much else going on inside. The enchilada was supposed to be chicken though it was scrunched between the taco and rice so I’m not sure what was in it. It looked like it went through the dishwasher first . 2 good points: 1.the food arrived quickly 2. I could actually hear our conversation as there wasn’t that stupid blasting music. If I went back, it would be on the suggestion of others. No Bueno and mediocre

   We had a table of 8 and our server was responsive for the most part. Two orders were wrong, one entirely not what was ordered and one not with the substitutions as ordered. Food delivery was prompt. Pricing on Wagau fajitas seemed over priced especially for quantity. Will be back Overall best Mexican food around

   We tried La Cocina on a Sunday night for my birthday with our daughter. It’s such a beautiful place with comfortable seating areas and a patio. We were seated promptly with a reservation but did not have a server for quite awhile. We ordered margaritas which were expensive but tasty. We tried the queso dip with chips which was lackluster and very small. Chips and salsa were good. We ordered enchiladas, tacos, and a beef chimichanga , enchilada style. Chimis are completely plain otherwise. No cheese, no sauce, no lettuce, no guac or pico. Needs color on the plate and some flavor. My suggestion is to make it smaller and add toppings Or enhancements. Service was very friendly but slow. I received a churro dessert for my birthday which was a nice touch. I love Mexican food for sauces and flavors and until this place changes some menu items, I probably won’t be returning. I was so hoping that this would be our neighborhood place.

   We had a nice dinner at La Cocina last night, but were concerned that although we made our reservation for 4 people, including one wheelchair user, that we were seated at a booth. No table seating options were available. Fortunately, the wheelchair user was able to transfer into the booth with considerable effort, but they were not comfortable and had a degree of pain throughout the meal. It appears that the remodel of this restaurant did not consider the fact that wheelchair users could be in a party size greater than 2 people. Rather disappointing.

   I have eaten at this location for 20 yrs but this is probably the 4th different Mexican restaurant in this location. This restaurant has the best interior that has ever been compared to the previous restaurants. The service was very good. The margaritas were very good. The food was good but not great and it's a little pricier than other close other neighborhood Mexican restaurants.

    Our second time dining there since it opened and can’t wait to go back, everything was delicious from the salsa, the steak and shrimp burrito and the Mexican old fashioned!
